Job Summary:
The Production Technician – Anodize Racker plays a key role in preparing metal parts for anodizing and finishing processes. This position is responsible for properly hanging, spacing, and handling parts to ensure consistent, high-quality results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role is well-suited for someone with prior manufacturing experience who values precision, safety, and teamwork.

This position is responsible for properly hanging, spacing, and handling parts to ensure consistent, high-quality results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This role is well-suited for someone with prior manufacturing experience who values precision, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rack and un-rack aluminum and other metal parts for anodizing and finishing processes
• Inspect parts for damage, defects, or contamination prior to processing
• Ensure proper placement and spacing of parts on racks to meet quality standards
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and process guidelines accurately
• Handle parts carefully to prevent scratches, dents, or contamination
• Record production data and track job progress using basic computer systems
• Assist with line setup, tank loading and unloading, and process changes as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Communicate production issues or concerns to supervisors and team members
