Job Summary:
The Driver / Shipping and Receiving role supports daily operations by safely transporting machined products and managing shipping and receiving activities. This position is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The role plays a critical part in ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with quality standards. On-the-job training is provided for candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a company delivery van to transport products to vendors and between facilities
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials and finished goods
• Verify products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and order requirements
• Pack products into appropriate boxes or totes for shipping
• Process shipments using UPS and FedEx systems
• Use RF scanning systems to receive and put away inventory
• Organize, file, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
• Document completed work and communicate issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow instructions from production leads and supervisors
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• ERP system experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
