Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves moving materials, tracking inventory, operating forklifts, and assisting production teams to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable with frequent physical activity throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Store materials in assigned warehouse or production locations
• Load and unload machines, pallets, trucks, skids, and production areas
• Manage inventory by identifying and recording product locations in the computer system
• Maintain equipment and work areas in clean, safe, and organized condition
• Follow all company processes, guidelines, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
• Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move raw and finished goods
• Assist with additional production or warehouse tasks as needed
• Use scanners, computers, and tablets to identify, track, and place products correctly

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of material handling experience
• Forklift experience—both sit-down and stand-up
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation
• Basic computer, data entry, and scanner usage skills

Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers/tablets required
• In-person role with hands-on tasks
