Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Building Technician III to perform advanced maintenance and repair work across multiple properties in the Golden Valley area. This role is well-suited for a technician with 5+ years of building systems experience and a valid Boilers License. You will complete complex repairs, troubleshoot system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies while working independently across a portfolio of commercial and multi-family buildings. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and confident working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine, preventive, and complex maintenance on building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Complete and document work orders accurately and on time
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance requests
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and decommissioning
• Collaborate with internal staff, vendors, and contractors on repair projects
• Maintain organized records of maintenance tasks and system performance
• Provide high-quality customer service to tenants, residents, and property staff
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with code requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurable driving record required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be able to safely operate hand and power tools
• Must supply basic tools (drill, tape measure, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Minimum of 5 years of building or facilities maintenance experience
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems
