We are seeking a dedicated Production Metal Assembly Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Hamel, MN. In this role, you will assemble high-quality custom products according to build sheets and specifications, using hand tools, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your mechanical skills in a clean, modern facility while contributing to a team that takes pride in producing precision motion control products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products accurately according to build sheets, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement instruments to ensure assembly quality.
• Follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bills of Operations (BOOs) for each project.
• Enter production data and maintain accurate records within computer systems.
• Build custom and prototype products based on customer requirements.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Assemble products accurately according to build sheets, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement instruments to ensure assembly quality.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes.
