Job Summary:
The Production Associate role focuses on building simple to moderately complex products by following detailed build sheets, prints, and work instructions. This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who values accuracy and consistency. The role supports daily production goals by assembling custom products that meet strict customer specifications and quality standards. Candidates who can adapt to changing product configurations and work efficiently in a structured manufacturing environment will succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build products according to prints, build sheets, and written procedures
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, aviation snips, and drivers
• Set and operate torque wrenches and torque drivers accurately
• Read and record measurements using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
• Follow Bills of Operations and Bills of Materials in paper or digital format
• Build custom products to meet unique customer specifications
• Enter required production data into computer systems
• Read gauges, graphs, and dials to verify products meet documented requirements
• Maintain consistent quality and meet production standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements

The role requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Moderate noise levels may be present, and PPE such as eye protection and gloves may be required depending on the task. The environment is safety-focused and designed to support efficient production.
