Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Lithographic Press Operator to join their second shift team in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role is integral to ensuring quality and efficiency in the printing production line. The operator will set up, run, maintain, and troubleshoot sheet-fed lithographic presses (including KBA and Heidelberg). The operator will set up, run, maintain, and troubleshoot sheet-fed lithographic presses (including KBA and Heidelberg). Key Responsibilities:
• Production Operations
• Perform all aspects of lithographic press operation including make-ready, operation, wash-up, and maintenance
• Work collaboratively with the press feeder assistant to prepare tools, stock, and supplies for each job
• Follow print schedule and ticket instructions to ensure timely completion of jobs

• Match printed output to approved proofs
• Maintain accurate color control, registration, and print consistency throughout production

• Process Control & Maintenance
• Ensure all process materials (plates, ink, paper) are prepared for the next job
• Utilize tools and systems to maintain process efficiency
• Conduct routine operator-level maintenance; assist technical services with more advanced issues when needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating sheet-fed lithographic presses preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools and handle equipment adjustments
• Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Basic computer literacy for equipment operation and production tracking
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to read, write legibly, and perform basic math calculations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating sheet-fed lithographic presses preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand tools and handle equipment adjustments
• Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Basic computer literacy for equipment operation and production tracking

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for sustained periods and walk freely through the facility

• 20 lbs consistently
• Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced production setting
• Overtime as required
• Ability to stand for sustained periods and walk freely through the facility
