Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join a dynamic team in Otsego, MN. This position plays a critical role in releasing daily workloads, processing shipping documentation, and supporting both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This position plays a critical role in releasing daily workloads, processing shipping documentation, and supporting both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Release daily workloads to the floor using data tools and scheduling systems
• Accurately document and review all shipping information, including Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Build loads and ensure paperwork is completed and filed properly
• Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to fulfill shipment requirements
• Perform computer-based tasks throughout the majority of the shift
• Support the daily execution of shipping plans and department processes

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, shipping, or inventory control environment preferred

• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Proficient in computer use and data entry
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, shipping, or inventory control environment preferred
