Job Summary:
The Inventory Reach Driver plays a critical role in warehouse operations by operating stand-up reach trucks to move, store, and organize inventory. This position supports accurate inventory control and efficient order flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
The Inventory Reach Driver plays a critical role in warehouse operations by operating stand-up reach trucks to move, store, and organize inventory. This position supports accurate inventory control and efficient order flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate has reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate stand-up reach truck forklifts to move and store inventory
• Place product in designated storage locations following inventory procedures
• Load and unload trailers as needed to support inbound and outbound operations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to update inventory records
• Stage and move product to support picking, packing, and shipping
• Create and verify shipping documentation using computer systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support general warehouse and material handling tasks as assigned

• Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Steel toe boots required
• Forklift certification preferred (training available if needed)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
