Concrete Finisher
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $28–$36 per hour

We are currently hiring a skilled Concrete Finisher. This is a great opportunity to join a dependable team with the potential for year-round employment, including work in the snow removal division during winter.
Responsibilities
- Form sidewalks, entries, ped ramps, steps, and more
- Pour and finish concrete
- Use appropriate concrete finishing tools
- Perform general labor and assist with all aspects of the concrete process
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience with concrete setup and finishing
- Knowledge of concrete finishing tools and techniques
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks (kneeling, lifting, bending, shoveling, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
- Experience operating equipment such as a skid loader
