Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Field Technicians to join a growing restoration team. In this hands-on role, you will clean and restore personal contents damaged by fire, water, storms, or environmental issues. You’ll work both on-site in customer homes and in the warehouse facility, using proper equipment and safety protocols to ensure items are protected and restored. This position is ideal for individuals who want a long-term, stable career with opportunities for training, advancement, and helping customers in a time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and restore personal contents after fire, water, storm, or environmental damage.
• Safely move and transport items to and from the warehouse for restoration.
• Protect, manage, and document customer contents using proper equipment and materials.
• Support teammates with various restoration tasks to return customers’ homes and belongings to pre-loss condition.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coach field technicians, monitor progress, and set clear expectations.
• Maintain safety standards and identify hazards on every job site.
• Follow company protocols and ensure compliance with all restoration procedures.

• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest, occasionally for multiple days.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
