Job Summary:
The Water Technician supports restoration operations by responding to water damage situations at residential and commercial job sites. This role focuses on evaluating water loss, setting up drying equipment, and performing cleanup and mitigation tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments while interacting professionally with customers. This position plays an important role in restoring properties safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to residential and commercial job sites for water damage restoration
• Diagnose, manage, and document water loss conditions
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and dehumidification equipment
• Perform mitigation, demolition, and cleanup of damaged materials
• Assist with deodorization, mold remediation, and specialty cleanup tasks
• Load, transport, and retrieve restoration equipment
• Maintain job site safety and follow all restoration procedures
• Complete required paperwork and job documentation accurately
• Explain processes, timelines, and procedures clearly to customers
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule and overtime as needed

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to work on-call and overtime when required
• Ability to work in residential and commercial environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Prior construction, restoration, or related experience preferred but not required
