Key Responsibilities
• Set up and run press brake machinery for precision sheet metal forming
• Use calipers, squares, and protractors to verify part dimensions
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to meet project specifications
• Monitor production quality and make machine adjustments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Provide support to other team members and assist with general shop duties

• Background in the sheet metal or metal fabrication industry is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with daily tasks
• Willingness to work overtime based on production needs
