Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a busy manufacturing facility on the overnight shift. In this role, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and repairing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with motor and heater circuits, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining safety and reliability in all work performed.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and respond to equipment trouble calls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Work with circuits ranging from low voltage to 480V three-phase.
• Remove and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
• Communicate with the shift supervisor to prioritize repairs effectively.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs detailing issues, repairs made, and parts used or required.
• Keep company tools organized and in proper working condition.
• Fabricate machine guards, mezzanines, and repair parts using shop equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, torches, and grinders.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
• Electrical experience required.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
