Job Summary:
Join a precision-driven manufacturing team in Rogers, MN! Our client specializes in short-run metal stamping — from simple brackets to complex assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable and eager to learn a trade in a well-established and safety-focused facility. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be trained to run a variety of stamping machines and support quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press/stamping machines to produce metal components and parts
- Assist with setting up machines and ensure correct materials are in place
- Monitor machine output and inspect for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all company safety protocols and work instructions
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Safety-conscious mindset
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to be trained and take direction
- Successful completion of reference and background check
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
- Lift and move parts regularly in the 10–15 lb range; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
