Job Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is a key player in keeping production running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including 480V electrical systems
• Install, test, and commission new equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and findings using electronic maintenance systems
• Communicate equipment status, repair timelines, and recommendations with supervisors and operators
• Order, organize, and manage parts, tools, and materials needed for repairs
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized maintenance, upgrades, or equipment modifications
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and PPE requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and uptime
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting ability
• At least 2 years of electrical troubleshooting experience; must be comfortable working with 480V systems
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
• Basic computer skills for electronic work orders and maintenance records
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Welding experience preferred
• Forklift and hoist experience preferred
