Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse – Packer / Order Processor 
Status: Full Time (Temp-to-Hire) 
Work Type: In Person Shift: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | Overtime as needed 
Location: Rogers, MN 
Pay: $19.00- $21.00 per hour

Job Summary:

 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer / Order Processor to join a growing warehouse team in Rogers, MN. This hands-on role involves verifying orders, securely packaging products, and processing shipments using FedEx and UPS systems. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Verify product numbers and quantities against customer orders 

• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipment

 • Process outgoing shipments through FedEx and UPS systems 

 • Maintain a clean and organized packing station

 • Assist with labeling, order documentation, and inventory management 

 • Communicate effectively with supervisors to resolve discrepancies 

 • Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
 
Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience preferred 

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping systems 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
 
Working Conditions:

This position operates in a clean, fast-paced warehouse environment. It requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift, with frequent use of computers, scanners, and packaging equipment. Overtime may be required during busy periods.
