Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in Rogers, MN. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an entry-level to early-career operator with current forklift experience. In this role, you will work in the finished unit warehouse, safely moving, staging, and picking high-value units while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move finished units valued up to $16,000
• Perform order picking and material movement within the warehouse
• Use RF scan guns to track inventory and complete transactions
• Count and verify product quantities using basic math skills
• Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and inspecting materials
• Perform general labor tasks as needed to support warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards

• Current forklift operation experience required
• Experience with sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts preferred
• Prior order picking and scan gun experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English as it relates to the position
