Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join a growing fabrication team in Roseville, MN. In this role, you will perform high-quality welding and assembly work on stainless steel and aluminum components used to create custom industrial tanks and equipment. The ideal candidate is a skilled welder with formal training, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to weld in all positions while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
We are seeking an Experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join a growing fabrication team in Roseville, MN. In this role, you will perform high-quality welding and assembly work on stainless steel and aluminum components used to create custom industrial tanks and equipment. The ideal candidate is a skilled welder with formal training, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to weld in all positions while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG and MIG welding (thumb control) on stainless steel and aluminum
• Weld in all positions including overhead, vertical, horizontal, and flat
• Fabricate custom parts from blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and calibrate welding machines for materials ranging from 1/8" to ½"
• Perform mechanical assembly and diagnostic tasks beyond welding
• Use hand tools and power tools for fabrication and finishing
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Minimum of 3 years welding experience, including custom fabrication work
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques
• Ability to weld stainless steel and aluminum in all positions
• Experience welding thicknesses from 1/8” to ½”
• Ability to independently set up welding equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly/repair experience
• Proficient with general shop tools and able to follow assembly instructions
