Job Summary:
The Machine Operator – CNC Milling/Turning Machine is responsible for producing high-quality components by operating CNC and manual machining equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. This role supports daily production by performing routine machining operations, verifying part accuracy, and maintaining consistent quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to follow work instructions and collaborate effectively with a production team. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer specifications and production goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC milling and turning machine centers to produce parts to specification
• Run manual equipment including mills, drills, lathes, and saws as required
• Perform plating operations following established procedures and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions and tolerances
• Apply shop math to perform accurate measurements and adjustments
• Monitor machine operation and report maintenance or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
