We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven CNC Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team in the West Metro area. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-accuracy components that meet strict engineering and quality standards. The right candidate will have strong machining fundamentals, excellent blueprint interpretation skills, and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components
• Manufacture parts according to engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Verify product accuracy using precision measurement tools and GD&T principles
• Record job progress and maintain accurate documentation in scheduling systems
• Keep machines clean, calibrated, and functioning efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and identify process improvements
• Use computer-based systems for data entry, documentation, and scheduling

• Two-year Machine Tool Technology degree or equivalent hands-on machining experience (preferred)
• Proven experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to producing quality work
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
