Daily Duties
  • Maintain and repair of injection molding machines and other equipment
  • Daily communication with Supervisors and employees on cleaning,k greasing, and oiling laplastic injection molding machines
  • Change oil and filters
  • Replace air, oil, and water filters
  • Troubleshoot and fix all electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components
  • Order parts as needed
  • Perform other plant repairs and maintenance as required
Requirements
  • Solid experience and understanding in mechanics, electrical, and hydraulics
  • High Mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical knowledge and meter reading
  • Work with minimal amount of supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of safety practices
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50-80lbs
  • Able to stand for eight hours
  • able to hear and see in up close, at a distance, in color, have peripheral and depth perception
  • Able to climb, crouch, stretch, reach, lift, pull, twist, turn, torque, bend, kneel, crawl
  • Okay around grease, gas, coolants, and oils
