Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation of a busy manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly. This position requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to work with circuits ranging from low voltage to 480V three-phase, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will bring proven problem-solving abilities, experience with motor and heater circuits, and the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and respond to equipment trouble calls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Work with circuits ranging from low voltage to 480V three-phase.
• Remove and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
• Communicate with the shift supervisor to prioritize repairs effectively.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs detailing issues, repairs made, and parts used or required.
• Keep company tools organized and in proper working condition.
• Fabricate machine guards, mezzanines, and repair parts using shop equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, torches, and grinders.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
• Electrical experience required.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
