| Shift/Hours: | 1st shift Monday through Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am). |

| Description: | 1. Quality Inspector to examine sheet metal fabricated and machined products for defects and/or to ensure parts meet required specifications according to the blueprint. 2. Inspect machined and sheet metal parts. 3. Select sample of parts, visually and physically examine sample using CMM and comparing to blueprint specifications. 4. Responsible for completing various inspection reports as required by the customer. 5. Inform and work with various departments when percentage of defects exceeds allowable limits to correct deficiencies. |
| Requirements: | 1. High School Diploma or GED; preferred completion of related trade school program. 2. Knowledge of ISO 9001-200 requirements. 3. Knowledge of AS 9102 FAI requirements. 4. Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing inspection capacity. 5. Three or more years related experience preferred. 6. Proven experience using various CMM and ability to read/interpret blueprints. 7. Strong math skills. 8. Operational knowledge of personal computers and technology. 9. GD&T applications. 10. Ability to read and comprehend Defense, Aerospace, Medical and Commercial requirements and specifications. |
| Physical Requirements: | 1. Standing on concrete floor all day; usually lifting parts that weigh ounces to a couple pounds 2. Occasionally lifting, not more than 15 lbs 3. May be bent over at the waist and reaching across the sheet metal table 4. Stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing/pulling, finger dexterity; feeling; repetitive motions |
