We are seeking a motivated Install Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Otsego, MN. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and basic construction tool knowledge. As a valued member of the team, you will assist in product installations with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.

This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and basic construction tool knowledge. As a valued member of the team, you will assist in product installations with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a basic understanding of construction tools including ratchets, wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, hammer drills, saws, levels, and ladders.
- Safely use tools, particularly while working at heights on ladders.
- Follow the weekly schedule to complete installations on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Willingness to work longer hours or overtime to complete projects as needed.
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Accurately follow directions for all products to ensure proper and safe installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and shop area, ensuring all tools, fasteners, and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow work order guidelines as directed by the lead installer.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience with tools and working in a shop environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily outdoor work environment.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Physical activity required, including climbing ladders, using hand tools, and lifting.
