Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join a landscaping team focused on outdoor lawn maintenance. This role is physically demanding and ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including weeding, mulching, and trimming hedges and shrubs
- Use manual tools such as wheelbarrows and shovels for grounds maintenance
- Ensure outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard
- Follow daily instructions and complete assigned routes efficiently
- Assist with additional landscaping tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow directions
- Clean-cut and professional appearance
Working Conditions:
- Monday–Friday schedule, with hours varying between 6:00am–5:00pm
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work is outdoors and physically demanding, often in varying weather conditions
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
