Job Summary: Join a hardworking, outdoor-focused team as a Lawncare crew member. This is a physically active role involving general lawn maintenance, mowing, weed whipping, and occasional sod installation. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outside and takes pride in a job well done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn mowing and grass maintenance
- Operate weed whippers and assist with sod laying as needed
- Support seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling and plowing when required
- Follow daily work assignments and ensure quality service
- Maintain tools and equipment used for lawn care
Qualifications:
- Previous lawn care experience
- Clean-cut and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Working Conditions:
- Monday–Friday schedule, hours vary between 6:00am–5:00pm
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions
- Fast-paced and physically demanding role
