Job Summary:
The Lead Mover plays a key role in supporting property restoration efforts by leading a small crew responsible for packing, transporting, and returning clients’ personal belongings with care. This position requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and thrives in a role that combines teamwork with meaningful service to others.

This position requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a crew in packing, moving, and delivering clients’ personal belongings to and from the restoration facility.
• Represent the company with professionalism and empathy when assisting customers experiencing property loss.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and contractors to ensure smooth job execution.
• Handle fragile and sentimental items with great care and attention to detail.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport belongings throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
• Accurately complete documentation and assist in tracking inventory and job details.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Support team members with lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading items over 40 lbs (team-lift standard).
• Ensure that all moves are performed safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Willingness to be on-call as needed.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
