Description
  1. Moderate understanding of welding necessary to produce metal components for MIG welding
  2. Must follow all safety policies and procedures
  3. Consistent and accurate counts of materials and products
  4. Performs necessary quality checks on product and completes daily communication
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to established procedures.
  6. Maintain a positive attitude with customers, clients, co-workers, and management
  7. Assists with performing preventative maintenance as needed
Requirements
  1. Welding experience or in the process of completing or have completed certified trade school/technical degree in welding
  2. Experience with basic fabrication hand tools and equipment (i.e. grinder, chisel, tip cleaner)
  3. Understanding of geometric dimension and tolerances (GD&T)
  4. Understanding of the metric measurement systems 
Physical Requirements
  1. Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  2. Use of fine motor skills
  3. Use of hand tools including welder, grinder, air tools, pliers, reamers, etc.
