Job Summary:
We are seeking a Machine Operator – CNC Milling/Turning for a direct hire opportunity in the West Metro. In this role, you will operate CNC milling/turning machine centers and/or manual machinery (mills, drills, lathes, saws, etc.) to perform routine or repetitive operations while meeting customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards. This role may also include plating operations as needed.

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines
• Operate manual machines including saws, drills, and lathes
• Perform plating operations according to company standards
• Read blueprints and conduct mechanical inspections
• Use shop math and measurement tools (e.g., tape measure)
• Work efficiently in a team setting to meet production goals
• Operate safely and maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Operate CNC milling and turning machines

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (machine shop coursework desired)
• Ability to operate saws and work in the annealing center
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience reading blueprints and performing inspections
• Knowledge of shop math and tape measure use
• Positive attitude and teamwork mentality

Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled, well-lit, and organized manufacturing facility. Safety gear, such as eye protection and gloves, may be required depending on the task.
