Pay: $20 - $24 / Hour
Job Summary:
We are hiring a hands-on and reliable Machine Operator to support day-to-day production at a manufacturing facility in Blaine, MN. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with 6+ months of machine operation experience who is eager to grow within a team environment. The role includes a variety of production tasks, from loading and racking to deburring and quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in unloading pallets and racking product for processing.
- Deburr and smooth product edges as needed.
- Operate a tumbler for finishing components.
- Use a Debore Gauge to verify product specifications.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support additional shop tasks and work overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required—willing to train.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work overtime on Fridays as required.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand, bend, and twist throughout the shift.
- Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs required.
- Work is conducted in a manufacturing environment around machinery and material handling equipment.
