Job Summary:
Join a fast-growing manufacturer of architectural metal products as a Machine Operator specializing in bar saw operation. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for machine setup, operation, and precision cutting. You’ll work closely with a collaborative shop team to maintain high-quality production standards and meet daily goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for machine setup, operation, and precision cutting. You’ll work closely with a collaborative shop team to maintain high-quality production standards and meet daily goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and set up a bar saw machine to cut materials according to specifications
• Accurately measure materials using calipers, squares, protractors, and other tools
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate cuts and quality production
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed for efficiency and safety
• Follow all safety and quality protocols set by the company
• Assist with various shop tasks and rotate duties based on daily workload
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to support smooth production

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating saws or similar machinery
• Prior experience in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry preferred
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools and reading blueprints
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shifting priorities as needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating saws or similar machinery
• Prior experience in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry preferred
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools and reading blueprints
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
