Job Summary:
A growing manufacturer in the New Hope area is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to join their 1st shift team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. You will be responsible for loading materials into machines, operating stamping equipment, and performing basic finishing tasks. No prior machine experience is required—training is provided.

• Ensure materials are delivered to your station or retrieve materials as needed
• Load raw materials into the machine according to specifications
• Set the stamping tray and start machine operation
• Remove trays and inspect completed parts
• Deburr finished parts to remove excess material

Qualifications:
• Prior machine operation experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working Conditions:
• Physically demanding role requiring standing for most of the shift
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequent movement, including walking up steps and carrying materials
• Work environment is not temperature controlled—must be able to tolerate heat during summer months
• Compliance with safety protocols is required at all times
