Job Title:Machine Operator
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Location:Rogers, MN
Shift/Hours:6:00 am to 2:30 pm (20 min paid morning break and 30 min unpaid lunch), Monday thru Friday
Career Level:1-2 years experience operating a CNC Machine
Education:High School Dip/GED
Salary:$20-25/hr DOQ


Description:Seeking a Machine Operator to run multiple machines, including the Router, Salvagnini, and Folder in a shop environment. Prior experience operating these specific machines is not required, but CNC experience and a strong ability to learn are essential.

Requirements: 
  • CNC machine operation experience (required).
  • Willingness to learn and train on new equipment.
  • Sheet metal experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Work overtime if necessary. 
  • Willingness to change tasks within the shop as needed. 
Physical Requirements:1. Lift 50lbs
2. Physically demanding – stand all day
