Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to support precision manufacturing operations by setting up and operating CNC Swiss-style machining equipment. This role is responsible for producing complex, close-tolerance components that meet exact engineering and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong Swiss machining experience, a solid understanding of blueprint interpretation and GD&T, and a commitment to accuracy and quality. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production efficiency while delivering consistently high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to perform precision machining operations
• Manufacture components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy
• Apply GD&T principles to ensure proper tolerances and part functionality
• Work jobs according to production schedules and due dates
• Accurately record job progress and production data in scheduling systems
• Maintain machine performance, cleanliness, and operational safety
• Follow all quality, safety, and customer requirements throughout the machining process
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the machining department
• Manufacture components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Qualifications:
• Proven ability to independently set up CNC Swiss machines (required)
• Two-year Machine Tool Technology diploma or equivalent hands-on machining experience (preferred)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Proficiency using precision inspection tools and measurement equipment
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
• Reliable, team-oriented, and mechanically inclined
• Two-year Machine Tool Technology diploma or equivalent hands-on machining experience (preferred)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Proficiency using precision inspection tools and measurement equipment
