| Description: | 1. Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior 2. Perform daily checks of equipment and provide preventative maintenance as scheduled 3. Perform fabrication duties for facilities 4. Provide emergency repairs as needed 5. Diagnose and troubleshoot many issues 6. Document 7. Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies that are outside of scope of routine maintenance 8. Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due. 9. Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations. Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in the building. 10. Other duties as assigned |
| Requirements: | 1. Previous experience with hand tools, power tools, electric meters, material handling equipment 2. Previous experience working on the following: blasters, shot blasters, vibratory finishing machines, forklifts, pumps, chillers, tanks, ovens, dryers, wastewater treatment systems, cleanrooms, thermal deburring machines, rectifiers, vapor degreasers, laser marking equipment, soft water systems, etc 3. Solid Decision Making 4. Thoroughness 5. Time Management 6.Customer/Client Focus |
| Physical Requirements: | While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus |
