Job Description

Job Title:Maintenance
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Location:Rogers, MN
Shift/Hours:1st shift  M-F  8am-5pm
Career Level:2+ years
Education:High School or equivalent
Salary:$24-$27 DOQ    may go higher for the right experience


Description:
  1. Receive maintenance orders and performs maintenance on items as needed.
  2. Completes applicable paperwork for repair items.
  3. Communicates with maintenance vendors as needed.
  4. Completes requests for tools and materials needed.
  5. Communicates with shop employees and management on status of equipment.
  6. Works with outside vendors to achieve repairs or revisions to equipment.
  7. Completes preventative maintenance on equipment.
  8. Installs new equipment.
  9. Follows appropriate safety related procedures during repairs
  10. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  1. Good hand eye coordination
  2. Literacy in reading and writing English
  3. Mechanical aptitude
  4. Lifting
  5. Good communication
  6. Computer literacy
  7. Some welding preferred  
  8. Problem solving
  9. Read & understand blueprints
  10. Pneumatic & hydraulic system knowledge preferred
  11. One year of maintenance related experience preferred
  12. Forklift Pref
  13. Hoist Pref
  14. Exposure to electrical
Physical Requirements:
  1. Able to deal with excessive heat
  2. Tolerate exposure to noise
  3. Able to lift up to 40 lbs
  4. Able to walk, lift, kneel, bend, twist, grip, torque, climb, etc.
  5. Good hand eye coordination
