In this role you will be part a critical player helping drive an expanding and growing business by being part of the engineer and manufacturing team helping with existing product lines. This includes resolving issues such as obsolete components, cost reduction efforts, ease of assembly, addition of options, improved product functionality and continuous improvement of product quality and performance.

Description
  • First engineer responder on existing product line issues and production assistance
  • Troubleshoot issues (quality, efficiency, etc.) on assembly, testing, prototyping, etc.,
  • Responsible for understanding product assembly, manufacturing processes, quality systems and able to perceive process improvements
  • Support production through continuous process engineering, problem solving, and warranty reduction.
  • Work as a team player
Requirements
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in manual machining nice but not required
  • Experience with Solidworks is a plus.
  • Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s)
