Company Info
Our client is a supplier to the construction industry and seeks a top-notch software expert to join their team. This person must be focused and comfortable with computers, picks up new software quickly, and is VERY knowledgeable in Excel and Word. Marketing/Communications background preferred. Software implementation experience required. 

DescriptionThey are looking for someone who really understands software and can create workflows and SOP's as needed for the company. They will be implementing training for new employees on the software/apps. If there are updates to the software, they will update the SOP's and other documents to reflect accordingly.  You will also be responsible for creating training material for presentations as well as client presentations. So you must be creative and able to use all Microsoft products.
1. Work in a high volume environment
2. Writing SOP's
3. Updating SOP's and other training material as updates are done within the software/spps
4. Help create spreadsheets and other documents/templates for efficiencies
5. Support various departments ex. Log calls, reporting, process support
6. Training - Make videos, create slides, make handouts
7. Take on other projects as needed.

Requirements1. Must understand software/apps
2. Advanced proficiency of all Microsoft office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Powerpoint/OneDrive)
3. Self-motivated and driven
4. Efficient and knowledgeable
5. Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills

6. Must have adobe creative suite or other creative software experience

1. Normal office activity
