| Description | 1. Perform inspections for preventive maintenance 2. Complete exhaustive diagnosis of operational failures 3. Replaces defective parts and repair systems that can be repaired 4. Work in conjunction with the parts department making sure parts are ordered if slots are empty 5. Use tools of the trade - precision instruments, welding equipment, shop machines, power tools, etc |
| Requirements | 1. Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel and charging systems 2. Mechanically inclined with great problem solving skills 3. Working knowledge of computer systems 4. Strong customer service skills 5. Picks up systems and processes quickly |
| Physical Requirements | 1. Able to lift and carry up to 75lbs frequently 2. Able to stand for long periods of time 3. Able to use a computer and all of its components 4. Able to walk, bend, stretch, push, pull, crawl/crouch, reach 5. Must be able to visually inspect machines |
