Company InfoOur client is a manufacturer of high quality paint systems. They are looking for high performing individuals to join their team. They focus on quality products and strong customer service. Focus on customer inquiries, support and account development by responding and proactively communicating with our customers. Assist customers in determining the correct equipment or replacement parts needed for their application. You will also be doing the actual mechanical repairs on a lot of the equipment they manufacture.

  1. Provide correct answers and help customers troubleshoot issues related to their equipment.
  2. Assist customers in determining the correct equipment needed for their application.
  3. Assist the customer service team with any technical questions they may have from customers including training at team meetings.
  4. Manage expectations of our Service Center Technicians for all warranty calls – ensuring that all work is completed correctly and professionally.
  5. Dispatch Service Technicians to warranty calls in a timely manner.
  6. Provide and organize training and certification for Service Center Technicians.
  7. Provide quotes and enter customer orders when needed.
  8. Review and process warranty service invoices.
  9. Ability to read & comprehend diagrams & schematics to determine & recommend replacement parts. 
  10. Conduct mechanical repairs on the equipment itself 
  1. Completion of a technical program desired.
  2. Mechanically inclined, has hands on mechanical repair experience
  3. Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  4. Strong problem solving skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills.
  6. High level of sense of urgency and proactivity.
  7. Ability to work independently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  8. Excellent organizational skills
Physical Requirements
  1. Lift and maneuver 25lbs
  2. Stand, sit, move around to fix and repair equipment
  3. Sit as a desk, answer phones, email etc.
