| Description | 1. Setting up parts for the coating machine 2. Inspecting parts that are heat treated from the coating machine 3. Handling small diameter wires and loading into machines 4. Fill out production logs 5. Follow instructions given by leaders/co-workers 6. Stripping/Scrapping parts to be re-coated 6. May cross train in other departments as necessary |
| Requirements | 1. Hand eye coordination 2. Ability to work with microscope or vision system 3. Good with metric and imperial measuring system 4. Able to use a microscope, ruler, laser and handheld micrometers 5. Must be able to read, write and speak English 6. Able to read and understand drawings and specifications 7. Work in a self-directed environment and maintain quality/production standards |
