| Description | 1. Work at the front desk, welcoming staff and visitors who come in to the office 2. Tidy up common areas to keep professional appearance 3. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, courier coordination, ordering of office and cleaning supplies, kitchen maintenance, and additional tasks 4. Work with external vendors 5. Eventually may help with coordinating meetings, managing calendars, doing set ups, and technology prep |
