Our client is a fast-growing Residential and Light Commercial HVAC/Electrical contractor serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and surrounding communities for over 18 years.     They specialize in residential service, maintenance and installations.
Description
As the Office Lead, you will perform a variety of office support and administrative functions.  Your role would include office communications, answering phones, data entry, responding to emails and scheduling appointments. 
Requirements
  • Strong computer skill and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Service Titan and similar service-related software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and organize date and information
  • Work independently and exercise good judgement
  • Complete job documentation and customer files so technicians are prepared and understand the scope of the project
  • Work in a fast-moving, high-detail environment
  • Pleasantly greet customers and staff
  • Responsible for the office schedules and processes
  • Be a champion, an example and guardian of their mission, vision and core values
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work safely in an office environment
