1st Shift, 8:00 am to 5pm M-F
Career Level:
Experienced 3-5 years experience (experience in Supply Chain Management/Business Admin Preferred)
Education:
HS Diploma and some college preferred
Salary:
$25-$30/hr


Description
 
Office Management
  1. Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
  2. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  3. Designs and implements office policies by establishing SOP’s
  4. Tidy's up office and maintains cleanliness of office
  5. Answers phones, directs calls as appropriate
  6. Misc. duties as assigned
Accounts Payable and Receivable
  1. Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.
  2. Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.
Purchasing
  1. Reviews and processes purchase orders.
  2. Data entry of purchase orders
  3. Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
  4. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
Payroll
  1. Maintains payroll information and enters hours into system
  2. Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes 
  3. Works with payroll service to ensure accurate paychecks/records
Requirements:
  1. Strong Excel and Word skills
  2. Knowledge/Ability to work with Apple computers
  3. Experience with Quickbooks
  4. Resourceful, self starter and curious individual 
  5. Enjoys learning new things
  6. Intelligent and picks up task quickly
