| Description | 1. Learn the painting process, from masking and racking to using the paint guns 2. Ensure the process looks complete prior to painting 3. Paint product to requirement using correct color, thickness, and pressure 4. Inspect product ensuring no streaking or drips |
| Requirements | 1. Little to no facial hair for secure fit of respirator (mask for painting) 2. Ok with wearing a respirator 3. Able to tolerate a full shift in hot conditions 4. Artistic, done dry wall, played the guitar or other musical instrument 5. Take pride in your projects 6. Knowledge of basic math - Ounces and gallons |
| Physical Reqs | 1. Able to stand for long periods of time 2. Able to lift up to 10 lbs often and up to 50 lbs occasionally 3. Able to tolerate hot conditions all day 4. Able to wear a respirator(mask for painting) |
