We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in painting a wide range of parts, from small intricate components to large, heavy materials. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure all parts are coated accurately, achieving the highest standards of durability and performance essential in aerospace and defense applications.
 
Description
  • 1)     Apply paint, varnishes, and coatings to a variety of aerospace and defense parts, ranging from small intricate components to large heavy materials, using brushes, spray guns, or other applicators.
  • 2)     Prepare surfaces for painting, which includes cleaning, sanding, and masking parts to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • 3)     Inspect and assess parts to determine the required preparation and painting process, making adjustments to application techniques as necessary.
  • 4)     Operate and maintain a variety of painting equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for precise and efficient painting tasks.
  • 5)     Work closely with the quality control team to inspect finished products, ensuring the coatings meet industry standards and specifications.
  • 6)     Maintain a clean and safe working environment

 
Requirements
  1. Expertise in handling and applying various types of coatings and paints, with knowledge of their properties and application techniques.
  2. Familiarity with surface preparation methods and the ability to work with a range of materials.
  3. Proficiency in operating painting equipment, including spray guns and other applicators.
  4. Strong attention to detail and precision, with the ability to work efficiently on both small intricate parts and large heavy components.
  5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  6. A commitment to safety and environmental standards in all painting processes.
  7. A vocational training certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
