| Shift/Hours: | Part time, 15 hrs/wk, flexible 1st shift, between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (3 hours per day Mon-Fri) |

| Description: | 1. Set up and operate machines as scheduled or as assigned 2. Troubleshoot and maintain machines and accompanying tools/equipment within abilities and training 3. Adjust machines to maintain proper results and part standards as trained 4. Keep machines clean per quality manual 5. Assist with various small assembly production tasks as needed 6. Monitor and request supplies as needed to maintain an efficient assembly environment 7. Keep accurate records of units assembled or inspected 8. Maintain production quotas and work in a timely manner 9. Attend and participate in company staff meetings 10. Understand and apply oral and written work instructions |
| Requirements: | 1. Cooperate cheerfully with co-workers and foster mutual regard/respect. 2. Actively contribute to a positive work environment. 3. Preferred minimum education: High School Diploma/GED. 4. Ability to work under minimal supervision. 5. Able to facilitate a safe work environment. 6. Employee needs to possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. |
| Physical Requirements: | 1. Employee will be standing, sitting, bending, reaching, packing repeatedly throughout the day 2. Must be capable of lifting/carrying 35 pounds on a regular basis 3. Must possess good hand and finger strength and dexterity, as well as hand/eye coordination. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must. 4. Proof of vaccination required |
