| Description: | Duties include; 1. Lead a team or crew to ensure they are following the correct assembly specifications of each job. 2. Lead a team or crew to ensure they are to following the accurate production rate required for each job. 3. Review complete work for quality control and communicate appropriate corrections to team. 4. Operate hand tools that require physical strength to use 5. Follow written instructions to complete the job; able to effectively communicate it to team. 6. Learn different variations of a product with attention given to the final assembly |
| Requirements: | 1. Lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. 2. Stand/bend for a full 8 hour shift 3. Knowledge of basic manufacturing power tools: impact drill, hand drill, angle grinder, miter saws, palm sanders, etc. 4. Reliable transportation 5. Successfully complete customer administered tests including Tape Measure Reading, Math (that includes fractions), and Blueprint Reading 6. Pay attention to detail and take direction from others while leading a team. 7. Steel toe boots |
