Job Summary:
The Production Operator role is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in showing up on time, staying focused, and performing tasks accurately. This position supports a semi-automated food ingredient processing operation and involves hands-on work such as operating machinery, material handling, forklift use, and repetitive lifting. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor semi-automated food ingredient processing equipment
• Monitor gauges and make process adjustments as needed
• Perform repetitive material handling and heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished product
• Accurately complete production paperwork and label containers
• Perform basic lab analysis and food testing procedures following established protocols
• Follow all food safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
• Work collaboratively with other operators to meet production goals

• Basic arithmetic and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong sense of integrity and discipline when following safety and quality procedures
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Understanding of food quality and safety standards
• Ability to follow testing protocols and proper techniques
• Experience in industrial, agricultural manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools or equipment is a plus
• Basic arithmetic and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong sense of integrity and discipline when following safety and quality procedures
